Susana Jiménez

Founder, Executive & Team Coach

Susana Jiménez is a Talent, Culture, Values, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence Advisor, Facilitator, Speaker, Executive and Team Coach, with more than 20 years of experience in team management in various sectors. She holds a master’s degree in HR Management, in Marketing and Sales, an EBBA in Strategic Management and a Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management.

After managing various companies in the US and Europe, she founded her brand and consultancy Aprofitalents in 2017. It is a business consultancy with a social focus and the mission to help companies practice a more responsible and healthy leadership style, developing a more innovative, productive, creative, loyal, and self-managed team.

She is currently an Advisory Board member for Global Chamber and member of the non-profit 50a50 lideratge compartit organization to ensure effective participation of women, and equal opportunities for leadership in all areas of decision-making.
